I was once focusing on all the wrong things, like calories, macros, HIIT workouts, etc. I used to burn the candle at both ends at work and ignored the warnings my body was giving me, including digestive issues, eczema, fatigue, brain fog, heart palpitations, anxiety and panic attacks. I was burnt out.

I turned to functional medicine labs to show me where my imbalances were. I followed Ayurvedic principles that work with modern times. Once I balanced my body and mind, things fell into place. My gut and skin healed, the anxiety went away, the brain fog cleared and the pounds fell off. And I can’t wait to help you do the same thing.

This program focuses on the connection between the microbiome and our hormones, including insulin, cortisol, our reproductive hormones plus thyroid and adrenal function, and how they can be rebalanced to improve metabolism and overall health. 

This is a comprehensive program that includes functional medicine lab testing, nutritional changes, lifestyle changes, and supplements to help you reach optimal health.
