My body wasn’t holding on to weight because I was lazy or out of control.
It was holding on to things it didn’t know what to do with.
👉 Ultra-processed foods—those packaged, addictive, hyper-palatable snacks and meals—aren’t real food.
They’re chemically engineered to light up your brain, hit your dopamine receptors, and make you crave more.
But your body? It doesn’t recognize them.
So it stores them.
In fat cells.
In muscle tissue.
Even in your organs.
Because the body is always protecting you.
It tucks those “foreign invaders” away to keep them out of your bloodstream—to keep you alive.

When I finally started cutting out those ultra-processed, fake foods, something incredible happened.
